I got this tattoo two years ago with two of my best friends, who have the same mark with different meanings. This permanent reminder was chosen in an attempt to put my pain, heartache, and devastation into a physical representation of what I survived during my journey to ALS diagnosis. This tattoo is based on the love, encouragement, and conviction I feel every single time I hear this song. I’m sharing this with you on this very first day of 2018 in hopes that you too will find love, encouragement, and conviction in this brand new year.
